    Go KHS if possible, it's not a GREAT bike, but it's far ahead of the SE. They tend to be heavy bikes that are spec'd out with poor components and crappy steel. They make up for it with hip paint jobs and good looks that tend to attract the buyer over the actual quality and function of it. The KHS actually has decent brakes and crank, a double-butted frame, and a decent wheelset.
