Is Lalit Modi's bankruptcy filing a fraud?

  • Just few days before Modi lost libel case to Chris Cairns, he declared himself legally bankrupt. He tried to use a legal protection against money going from him. The timing shows Modi knew from inside he will lose the case. in US, if someone declares bankruptcy while having made lots of money recently without accounting where it went or declares bankruptcy to avoid the law, then its declared bankruptcy fraud and fraud charges are placed against that person and bankruptcy protection is immediately revoked. I think Modi's bankruptcy is a fraud and it should be revoked. He is still trying to play games with the law. Totally shameless character
