Is www.chbookshop.de a legitimate site?

I just came across the site http://www.chbookshop.de. It sells gadgets and CDs amongst other things, some of them very competitively priced. However, the site looks like it was knocked up in about five minutes. See, for example, the terms and conditions page (http://www.chbookshop.de/cms.php?id_cms=3&content_only=1) and the about us page (http://www.chbookshop.de/cms.php?id_cms=4). Is it just a new site (presumably run by a not very technically-proficient person) or is it a scam? I'm especially interested to hear if anyone has successfully bought from this site.

Considering that site was just created yesterday, I doubt you'll find anyone who has bought from the site yet. Even if they bought today it would be several days before they got their order http://whois.domaintools.com/chbookshop.de
