Will i get into West Virginia University?

Im in my 3rd quarter of 11th grade and my dream school is west virginia university. it looks really fun and im into it. i currently have a 2.6 unweighted gpa and a 3.0 weighted gpa. that is my highschool cumulative gpa so far. im in all honors and ap classes. i got a 1720 on my sat. this included a 740 in math which was ranked at the 97th percentile.. do colleges look at a weighted or unweighted gpa and what are my chances at west virginia? i plan on increasing my sat score by at least 150 and getting my gpa as much higher as i can

If your GPA stays around 2.6, you should not go to college at all. You would be at high risk of failing.
