What can I do with a bachelors degree in engineering management?

Should i choose civil engineering or construction management from my position?

  • Right now I am in kind of a bind trying to decide which way to go.... To start off I will be graduating with a associates degree in construction design and management from my junior college. Im stuck trying to decide if I should go to a 4 year college and take cival engineering, or transfer and finish within 2 years and get my Bachelors degree in construction design and management. The reason is, if i choose civil engineering, I would have to start from scratch like a freshman and go atleast 4 years, or should i transfer and complete 2 years and get a bachelors in construction management? Which would make me more successful in my future? What do you think i should choose if you were in my position?

  • Answer:

If you've been away from tough science and math for two years, you probably won't make it in Civil Engineering. You could be successful with Civil Engineering Technology.
