Should i choose civil engineering or construction management from my position?

Right now I am in kind of a bind trying to decide which way to go.... To start off I will be graduating with a associates degree in construction design and management from my junior college. Im stuck trying to decide if I should go to a 4 year college and take cival engineering, or transfer and finish within 2 years and get my Bachelors degree in construction design and management. The reason is, if i choose civil engineering, I would have to start from scratch like a freshman and go atleast 4 years, or should i transfer and complete 2 years and get a bachelors in construction management? Which would make me more successful in my future? What do you think i should choose if you were in my position?

If you've been away from tough science and math for two years, you probably won't make it in Civil Engineering. You could be successful with Civil Engineering Technology.
