What could be wrong with my netflix?

What's wrong with Netflix?

  • I used to use my friend's netflix account on my xBox and had no problems with it, but now I got my own Netflix account and I am currently on the free trial. Before, when I used my friend's netflix account the stuff I watched would be just fine. Now, when I watch Netflix my videos keep buffering every so often for like 3 minutes... It's annoying the hell out of me. Why is it doing this? Also, if I have bad connection what is a way I can fix it? This has never happened before and I really wanna fix it..

  • Answer:

It's two things that it could be. One is that it is your connection, so if your using a wireless connection, make sure your bars are pretty much full for connection. It's always best to have it wired so you get the most out of it. Second, it would be the netflix feed for you, which you can't really do anything about. If it keeps it up, contact xbox live and then your internet provider for extra settings that could help you.
