How do I get my unwilling father who lives in a different province to take a DNA Test?

I am 18 and I have never met my dad but my mom has told me his name, He lives in a different Province and is unwilling to take a DNA test how can I get him to take it? I just want to know the truth. I have lived without him all my life and I want to know if I have lived my whole life thinking this man is my dad when hes not. Anyone have any Ideas?

That strand of hair must have a follicle on it and it would be best if you got many of them. If you can manage to visit him and use the bathroom while there, you can probably find hair on his hair brush, maybe a tissue with blood from a shaving cut in the trash. Bring a small envelope to put these things in. BUT BEFORE YOU DO THIS... be sure you are fully prepared for whatever answer the test provides.
