Many have been teachers or in administration first. You would need a four year Bachelor degree. Most will have a Masters degree to get a job as a principal Nurse- 2 yr Associate degree. for better money and a better chance at a job- 4 yr Bachelor degree Money-as in how much does the education cost- depends on where you go to school.
