Why won't my phone except collect calls anymore?

Question about collect phone calls to cell phones?

  • Hi All, My father is in jail & he usually calls one to two times per week. Sometimes he calls collect and when he does it's through Global Tel Link. The minimum I can add is $25 for a 15 minute call. Is there a service where I can pay a fixed amount for x minutes per month? It would be cheap for me that way. My cell accepts collect calls, so I'm asking if there are such plans. If so, what is the companies name? Also, I have metro PC, if that help. Serious answers only. Ten points!
