How many calories should a high school cross country runner be eating?

400 runner do cross country?

  • i run 400 and 400 hurdles mainly but also run other sprint races too. but track & field season is over for me till July. but i can sill train but i was thinking of doing the cross country training as well. if i join cross country will this improve my 400? i do not have the best endurance so i am wanting to improve on that. so yeah or no? what will be the benefits? and any cons to this idea? oh i have not actually trained for cross country either. only have ran cross country school races like school ones and districts.
