What font is this? (it's different from the last one?

On Mac, how can I put the different styles of font under one title?

• I own an iMac, and I've downloaded some fonts from the internet. Some of the fonts when you select them in Illustrator or Word, have the name, then a ">" on the right so you can select from the different styles of that font. However, some others do not, and it makes my font list cluttered and disorganized and sometimes hard to use. I was curious if there was a way to label them or enclose them in folders or something to make the font appear under one heading with a submenu for the styles?
