Why is David Lodge not playing Kenpachi in bleach anymore?

• I wanted to answer someone's question about this but it wouldn't let me do it. so I'm doing it here. I got a hold of David Lodge and this is what I said in e-mail "Hey David I just want to say that you do great work in voice acting. I'm really a big fan of it. Yesterday I was watching bleach in episode 244 and 245 but the person playing Kenpachi wasn't you. Will you go back in playing that character again? I found by watching those 2 episodes was not complete without you in there. I was even looking forward of hearing your voice when Kenpachi goes against Nnoitra.
