Is it illegal to sell a fake hockey jersey from china to a pawn shop?

  • I bought a hockey jersey from china awhile ago and it's a fake obviously but I was wondering if it would be illegal to sell it to a pawn shop since I don't want it anymore, I'd even tell them it's fake and everything I'd ask for like $40 or something so idk if that'd be a bad thing or not anyone have any ideas?
