Job opportunities in the Nutrition field?

For those of you who saw my question I posted a few hours ago.. I found an accredited Nutrition program which will prep me for the accredited internship which then enables me to sit for the registration exam. However, now I'm wondering what job opportunities (besides from the obvious Registered Dietician title) would I have with a degree in Nutrition? I do not want to become an RD or work in a hospital or clinical setting. So what job opportunities would I face? Thank you

food inspector for the state (inspecting schools, restaurants etc.) or for a major food production company possible to work for a health insurance company as a nutritional advisor
