When I dream, does it counted as a deep sleep?

I had bad dream now I can't sleep nor do I know what dream means ?

  • So I had a dream about me in my house with mom and sister and my other sister died and we were ghost hunting and i found this ghost looking down and I found out it was my sister and she told us weeks before she died shes looking down on us she's dissapointed.. And now I can't sleep because I'm scared from the dream and my sister said she's disappointed at us like a week ago. Anyone know how I can sleeps or what my dream means?
