So water gets OXIDIZED. e)Photosynthesis is an ENDERGONIC PATHWAY because it requires the energy from the sunlight to initiate the reaction. Cellular respiration is an EXERGONIC PATHWAY because it generates energy it's self. f) The equation for cellular respiration is Glucose + Oxygen → Carbon dioxide + Water + Energy (In the form of 34-36 ATP and Heat). So the two processes basically have the opposite products and reactants of each other :)
