When did sony go public?

Please suggest which laptop should i go for between sony vaio vpcsb36fn or new dell xps 14z .?

i am looking to purchase a laptop. I have selected two model 1. Sony Vaio Model No: VPCSB36FN . 2. Dell XPS 14Z . The question is that which one should i go for. On specification front both are more or less same except on grahhics card sony has Radeon HD 6470M 512 MB whereas Dell has Nvidia Ge Force GT 520M 1 GB. On speaker front also i have confusion that which has better. Please guide

Why not hp ? I have one of hp , service is very good . On line it comes automatically to check your laptop.
