Anxious to go back to school?

Okay, so just to start off I'm 14 and in 8th grade. I have to go back to school tomorrow and I'm very nervous. I haven't been there since last Tuesday because of depression/anxiety issues. I have been struggling with this for a year now but December-Feburary were fine. I did not miss one day of school. Now I have recently started getting depressed again and going back to old unhealthy coping skills. I see a therapist and take anti depressants, etc. But I'm just really nervous to go back to school tomorrow. Especially because I know as soon as I get there I'll be out of the loop and things probably won't go too well. And last Wednesday I was so upset and frustrated that I posted on my tumblr "My mind just feels so empty to the point where cutting doesn't even hurt anymore." And I posted that completely out of impulse.. Then the next minute my friend (who happens to go to my school) was reblogging some of my stuff so she obviously must have saw what I posted about myself. After that I took it down immediately. And I don't want her to think I cut because the only people who know are my family and therapist. I haven't cut since Wednesday and I defiantly do not want to do it again after all this. And I was finally getting better with my cutting I went from September to March without it. But then this girl who cuts joined my school and it's just so triggering to look at her cuts every single day. Any suggestions/help I should consider for going back to school tomorrow? I'm just basically nervous. No negative feedback please. Thanks Erin

i have the same problem i suffer from anxiety and paranoia. i think people can hear me breathing in and out and i htink they can hear my thinking (they carnt) but i think that, i also blush at anyone who looks at me and talkings to me and stuff. im 14 but im in year 9 the grade just above you and i go see a therapist to. i cut muself too (i use to) then i realized it aint the way forward and it aint the way to solve my problems, i think you shouold buy a book (self help books) i brought one yestderday about building my confidence and it even helps just knowing that i know one day i will be ok so if one day i will get over my anxietty then why carnt i just speed the proccess up and just start now?

When it comes to anyone asking you about the absence...just say you had the stomach flu. When it comes to your friend...say you were having a bad day and it's not as serious as it sounded. These are both lies. But it will get you by, I believe.
