How can I grow my hair faster?

• I want to grow my hair 8-10 inches by EITHER may, june, july,OR august (or september if impossible for other months) I really want my hair to be long like ashley tisdale or something like that. My freind grew it that long and she doesnt have any weaves extensions nothing, the whole this is her hair.   thats weired! all the things i heared that would let the hair grow u do them all.... i want my hair to grow too & i use Biotin & my hair grows every month like 2 inchs. sometimes i eat healthy but mostly i just eat normal & i use this product called Megasilk... it has some kind of oil in it. what kind of biotin do u use they have a lot of kinds?
