How can i make my wall on new facebook private?

How do i make my facebook wall private.. it says it is but its lying!?

  • im trying to set my facebook so that people can't see my personal info unless they are my friend. when i use the "view as" option that is supposed to show you how it looks, it says that it is private, but when i defriended my friend and looked at my profile from their account, they could still see some random wall posts and pictures. i have to apply for jobs soon so i really need to fix this - please help!

    each status update has its own privacy setting, so you have to change it for each one if you think the main "friends only" setting on the privacy page changes all of your statuses at once, it doesnt
