How to over come a tough BOSS?

How come my boss won't accept my friend request on Facebook, yet she added my other co-workers?

• Now I know it's not a good idea to have your boss on Facebook but hear me out. I work at a hotel which opened last year so everyone started the job at the same time. Equal playing field. I added a few co-workers on Facebook and I noticed they have our boss on their friends list so I tried to add her too but she did not accept my friend request and it's been a few months so I doubt she has any plans to. I noticed that my boss is always writing things on my co-workers walls and seems so connect with them thru Facebook, so I'm a little insulted she won't add me. What gives? I feel left out. Normally I wouldn't care about adding my boss, but since everyone else did I just wanted to be part of the group. Do you think she doesn't like me as much? I know....I probably sound pathetic.

  Well.. give it a couple of weeks. If she doesn't accept your request.. then you know what? block her. Then when she notices she doesn't have you as a friend request anymore, she'll feel cheap lol. orrr............. on the nicer side, bring up the topic of facebook and talk about am i your friend on facebook? or a nonchalant question.
