If it is for a specific individual just Google it with the "key words"...say, criminal background check etc. You may have to pay a fee...not all counties provide that info. for free...without specifics it is hard to give you much else....sorry dear. Although those sites will give you criminal records, I don't think that they have access to the actual mugshots; you would have to talk to the police about that. Privacy laws may prevent them from letting you look through mugshots.
