How can you play sims 2 without downloads or the cd?

You can't do much except to play games online similar to Sims 2. I would recommend "Secondlife" , its similar to the sims in the concept where u create a person.. u don't have to watch your needs though but you can talk to realy people go to dance clubs go shopping and build and start businesses... you can also get married!!! hope this helps. Have you tried looking for a second hand copy? The Sims 2 game and expansions are very cheap to buy these days. I picked up mine a year ago for a few pounds. There's some on ebay for like, £4. It's not a lot. Or maybe you could ask for it for your birthday, or Easter (instead of an egg!) or something?
