What is the difference? From what i have gathered so far CS applies, creates theories SE is more practical and applies those said theories I guess i get that, but then what jobs are each of them suppose to get? I guess People like Steve Jobs and Bill gates are Software engineers, but then what do computer scientists do? What jobs do they do?

Answer:
Computer Science is a more general degree and you can use it to specialize in a variety of IT-related fields, including networking, maintenance and repair, databasing, programming, web development, etc. Software Engineering is more specifically targeted to programming/software development. If you majored in CS with the intent to specialize in programming, there would be a lot of overlap between the two degrees.

The line between science and engineering is a little blurred. Pretty much as you say engineering answers questions that begin "how", whereas science answers questions that begine "why". More Engineers are employed by companies to build products, be they kettles, roads or word processors. Scientists are employed by companies to discover new products. A product like Kinect was born in the world of computer science, but then made real in the world of software engineering.
