  Connect your computer directly to the router using an ethernet cable. Open your browser and go to http://192.168.1.1. That will take you to the router's user settings page but you will be asked for the user and password before you can proceed. Hold it for more than 10secs until you see the power light turn off and back on. That should erase the router's settings and return to defaults.
