Why is my phones not charging?

    If the answer above mines doesn't work : your phone charger slot is broken(cuz the battery).. it can't be the chargers problem cuz its new. Maybe water went into it? If not.. hopefully u have a warantee and tell them ur problem... they'll fix it! :) hope i helped.

First of all if your charge is on maximum already, it cannot charge. These things are easily resolved, the problem is not with the charger but the battery. Buy a new battery for the phone, and replace it with the old one, and then leave the phone to charge for 24 hours (without touching it) Hope this helped:)
