    Yes. Maybe the question wants to make it easier for you. If P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2, and something is constant, then you can cancel it out of the equation. But if you know the material so well that you can dissect it into a Boyle's, Charles', or Gay-Lussac's problem, then more power to you. It's what I do.
