I need help with an attention-getter for my speech !?

  • I'm doing a "Hot-Topic" Speech or a Persuasive Speech from and your suppose to use a article for your introduction then go into the topic.At the beginning of my introduction I need a good attention getter. I don't really know what to do for it. My article is about "Chilean leaders condemn brutal beating of gay man" and my speech is about gay hate. :3 Please help! thanks.
