Can you tell me what these dreams mean?

Can someone tell me what these dreams mean?

  • for the past week I have been having dreams about 2 previous jobs that I have had before. Note the only common thing about these two jobs is that I got fired from them both, and they both involved me working with animals (even though the one was an internship and technically i kind of got fired but didn't, they told me that I could finish up the hours that i needed and once i do not to worry about coming back). At the internship job there was this doctor there that hated me from day one, and she's the one that basically got me fired, and in my dream we were working together and was actually getting along, and instead of working at a vet, we were working together at a hospital. The second job I got let go for something that wasn't even my fault, the only reason i got let go was because the director didn't like me. I keep on having dreams about that place, and the director isn't even present in my dreams, but this girl that I got along really well, she is always there and we work together like we did in real life. The other day in my dream, I was working at my current job (a hotel clerk) and she is present then the hotel basically turns into a shelter (the previous job that I did) and that girl was present and a volunteer was there too, along with 2 of my current co-workers. I know it's a lot of reading but I didn't want to leave any info that might be important. I just wanna know why am i having these dreams about these two jobs and why am I getting along with the Doctor when in real life she didn't like me. Note the internship that i had to take was back in 2009. The other job was last year. Thanks for all the input, and I know people say usually the last thing you think of you dream about, and i find that to be false because why would I be thinking about a person(s) that didn't like me for no good reason. I don't, the usaully the last thing i think about before i go to sleep is that I hope that i can actually go to sleep, and hopefully be able to have a good nights rest for once without having to wake up in the middle of the night about 6-7 times per night, and that for once i will stop grinding my teeth, and jaw clenching for once.

Probably, the first place you worked was only casual, but second you liked very much. In the latter place too you had contrasting interests- in spite of the director to hate, a place you loved & a female who was dear to you !. Now these have been replayed in your memory album, & they came to the dream too. Any thought we had at the time of sleep is likely to be seen in dream; but our dream memory is not always guaranteed! Some studies[of 1980's] reported that taking a tablet of vitamin . B 12[cyano cobalamine] at or before 2 pm[ say lunch time] improves our memory of dreams. This i have got convinced myself ! I also found that cheese eating at lunch time also make us [or me !]remember the dreams to some extent.

I don't think anyone knows for sure whether dreams have any significant meaning or not. It could just be that's what you have been thinking about before you went to sleep, so it's the last thing on your mind which makes you dream about it. When you dream your body is in REM which is the closest to wakefulness your body gets.

The rason you get along with the woman in yoru dream that you didnt in waking life may be because you may subconsciously know you did something wrong at that job and in the dream you did not so you get a long well. Or that may be how you wish it was because you actually enjoyed that job far more than your current. These could also mean thatyou enjoy your current job now and don't want to leave or have the same trouble you did before so it is displaying the attitude you need to have to keep this job. I hope this helps. X
