Where to download Android icons?

I cant download some songs on android 2.2 because of wrong symbols.?

  • Im using the app easy mp3 downloader. Ive tried download managers and none help. I asked this question before and some idiot told me to use a computer to edit the tags. I cant do that if i cant download the song to begin with. I cant use a computer to download the song because i can only find it with the app on android. I just need to know if theres any kind of program i can download that fixes errors when trying to download a file with wrong symbols. I cant find the same song with the right symbols. Also if i could fix this by rooting my droid let me know. I have z4 root and superuser tools but i dont know anything usefull to do with it.
