How To Spend Money Wisely?

How can I spend my money wisely?

• Here we go - I have a little over $2,000 and I would like 3 things. I can't get those things with the amount of money I have, help me make a reasonable decision. 1.) I would like a gaming computer but I'm sick of buying Apple's Impossible-to-upgrade line of iMac's (I was raised on Apple products) Now I play Starcraft 2, Diablo 3 and I've been really tempted to get back into WoW at the moment but I'm restraining myself. Basically the thing doesn't have to run Crysis on ultimate settings but it'd be nice. :) Also I know absolutely NOTHING about PCs operating systems or software. I do, however, know how to put them together as it's just a bit of manly "putting things together" knowledge there and that's not difficult for me. TLDR? Need comp, use Macs. Sick of em'. Need ideas. 2.) I love the iPad and all that it has to offer with cheap games that are totally great plus the iPad is just plain awesome and I would like a new one (Verizon 4G LTE). Selling my iPad 1 is out of the questing as it was obtained through my work and is technically still theirs. If I went with the one I want it'd be about $700 here. 3.) Now I ALSO LOVE shooting clays, trap and skeet and have had my eye on the Benelli M4 since I was born, but I don't live out it the countryside so getting out to shoot is a little bit of work but in UT it's not much to get around the gun laws. (we like our guns). On this one I'm wondering how much I'll actually use it and if I really need it at all. I DON'T like the idea of having a household unprotected (to the point where anyone with a gun could force my family to do anything) so home defense would also be a bullet point (pun intended) for this option as well. I have a child and a lovely wife that I would gladly shoot anybody (high on drugs, demented, whatever) for. I am trained and can purchase firearms in any state. Funny little tidbit is I'm mostly liberal where the issues stand but dammit! You don't touch my guns! Research can provide you with alternatives to these items and I'm very open minded about alternative solutions. (doesn't have to be a Bennelli etc....) The only tried and true is the iPad, I don't dig the android market, it's not my thing. Whoever has the best answer wins bragging rights of having a bigger brain than me. :)
