Bump near my left knee?

What are these bumps on my legs and thighs that hurt?!?

• I came home from school for the weekend and slept in my bed. After the first night I felt as if my right shin and knee were bruised, but I didn't think much of it. Then after a second night of sleeping there, i woke up today to find that my right shin hurt more so I touched it and realized there was a bump there, maybe an inch big. And there were also a bump on my right knee where it originally hurt. Then I realized I also had another painful bump on my left shin, left knee, and 3-4 small painful bumps on both thighs. I have no idea what they are, they do not itch. The bumps on my thighs seem to be redder in color than the 2 bumps on my shins. THey hurt so much that my legs are aching. Can anyone help tell me what they are? Thank you!

  My initial reaction is to think that they might be bed bug bites, but insect bites are not usually painful. Show the marks to your parents and see what they think. They will be able to judge if this is something you should get checked right away.
