Computer keeps freezing?

Computer keeps freezing up...?

  • Hey, I can't really understand what is going on with my computer, It keeps freezing every now and then and when it does I cannot turn the computer back on (But all the components power up), at first I thought it was my ram, my computer wouldn't start and made 1 long beep. So I took out the card I thought was faulty and everything was fine for about a week. Now it just stops working every now and then and can't figure out why. In all the times it's crashed/froze I have only had one Blue screen, and I wrote down the error code. ***STOP: 0x0000000A (0x000000000000022F, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF80002ECFE8F) I have tried so many different things I am stuck for ideas, I managed to get it going for a short time just to write this message but it should fail again soon... Thanks.

  • Answer:

Those numbers are memory locations - where error occurred. Answer: Not nuff RAM - get more (if possible) - no info. Too much 'stuff' in RAM and loading in more 'stuff'. Virtual RAM (VRAM) interfering or not set correctly. Too much 'stuff' in RAM from bootup in Startup folder. Make sure both RAM sticks are functioning. Enter the following in the Run line off the Start button: msconfig <ENTER> You will see a dialog window. Click the Startup tab Remove ALL the check-marks from those that do NOT absolutely need to be in RAM when booting, that will be most of them. It has NO effect on the programs themselves. Click 'Apply'. Click 'OK'. Reboot. Smile. In future, give more info.

quite simple really, either your OS is corrupted, solution=re-install os or your CPU is overheating, two sollutions, 1= re-paste your cpu/ change the thermal grease which has proabbly dired up and its causeing the cpu to overheat and the computer turns itselve of to protect cpu. (suggest MX4) 2= repaste and get a good cpu cooler as the one your using now isnt good enough obviously

put it over your stove and fry it with salt..dun put pepper
