How long would my partner get for skipping probation?

  • My partner was on probation and living in a probation hostel for robbery i think. He had 16 months left on probation but failed to return to the hostel for a few days. He was then arrested for breaching his probation conditions. How long in prison is he looking at getting and would he go back on probation when he got out?
