How can you submit your own pictures on google?

If a sitemap i submit to google has 8 crawl errors for the 8 pages i submitted should I submit a new one?

  • I submitted a sitemap of 8 pages to google for my website and it came back with 8 crawl errors over 7 days. When google tested the map in webmaster tools it looked fine and I submitted it but then when it started crawling it came back with a 404 errors for what appears to be a mash up of the site map (one of the "pages" it was trying to crawl was "contact.phpmonthly0.85" when it should have been "www.mysite.com/contact.php" the other pages have the same problem. If I leave the map how it is now will google just keep on crawling those pages and come to the conclusion my site is worthless and rank me horribly in the SERP or will they eventually just crawl my site on their own.

    You're prbably doing something silly like trying to use www.yoursite.com when www.yoursite.com doesn't exist. In the Google Webmaster tools, google should give you the exact url it's having trouble with. Usually in red. Try entering that same url into your browser to see if you have any issues with it. More often than not, you'll see what the issue is then. Once you've figured out what's wrong with the site map, resubmit it, and do it quickly. You can't leave broken sitemaps running on sites. It's bad juju. Hurry! Seriously! Hurry! Before the ranking fairy does bad things to your site, like not include those pages.

If your site is well organised and with all validities (xhtml, css etc) + some good links from other sites, then google can crawl other links (which are not in your sitemap)
