How do you delete a FAN IQ account?

What to do about xbox live account HELP!!!?

• Ok so I sold an xbox360 to a random guy on Craigslist and it's stuck on the console. The guy arrived at night. It was a shady deal and I got it over with as soon as possible. He offered 190 and I took it, kind of a gay deal since it was a 120gb arcade with games/controllers. He kind of hustled me and I took the cash, the deal was done w/e. I forgot to delete and wipe the memory. No big deal, I deleted my credit card and xbox live subscription. I like the fact that he is playing the account because he is giving me a lot of gamer score points but he changed the avatar, I have friends on there and my facebook also my e-mail address. I still have access to the account and I'm unsure as to what to do. I told him to delete it and I noticed when I went online with it, the avatar was changed and the gamer score shot up. I like the gamerscore thing, but what is there to do about this? change the e-mail address to an anonymous one without my personal information? any ideas? I'm more of a ps3 fan but I will not sit on the side lines waiting for something to happen to prove me wrong. Been a couple months and nothing has happened yet. Should I just change the e-mail adress to an anon or call support to delete the account, I think that would be ****** up ruining his saves and mine in the process. Just barely found out about this. I deleted my credit card info immediately to avoid any purchases. If I change the e-mail adress will that be more re-assuring then before? or will that do nothing?
