What does an "Unlocked Phone" mean?

Thats right, you can use it on any career that accepts unlock phone (caz some carriers like Bell Canada does not support unlocked phones caz their phones have no SIM card). The carriers always argue that unlocked phones will not run with its best performance (mainly caz they want your money) but it does not make much difference.
