Has anyone been on the Carnival Legend?

Does anyone know the Crossroad pacts legend?

  • I've heard different versions of the crossroad legend. I've heard you find a box and put in it a picture of you, black cat bones, gravestones and tomb powder. I've also heard you get 10 years to live, a normal lifetime, or 15 years. And when your time is up you die from a heart attack, get dragged to hell by a demon or hell hounds kill you. Does anyone have any other versions? Or does anyone know the real legend?

    Far as i've heard it, you go to the crossroads at the witching hour. You carry the tools of your trade, and you expect and anticipate the devil to come. He will walk up to you, and inspect your tools. After here, it gets fuzzy. Either he will ask you for your soul as payment, and will make you legendary on earth in your trade, or he will challenge you, compete with you against your skills. You win, you get fame and glory. But if you lose, the devil gets your soul.

the version I've heard is that you take the tools of your craft to the crossroads with you, and use them, a black man should come to you, and will ask to use those tools. he will use them, and give them back to you. after that when you use them, you should have a greater degree of skill. with nothing in it about being dragged to hell or heart attacks or hounds.

You cannot make a deal. it dose not work like that. no that legend isn't true at all. just the photo would do. or another is cotton paper right your contract on it. smear your blood burn on a full moon. but all they are Is a myth. don't dabble in something you know so little about. best of luck

legend goes you go down to the crossroads and you draw a summoning circle to summon a demon and then you make a contract and then that is it when the contract is finished you will be taken to hell
