Will you get cought hacking mw3 split screen on xbox 360?

i was thinking of hacking not in a nooby way, i just want to experiment, im guna use horizon and a memory stick, but if i hacked whilst offline then went online, could i still get banned? i dont wana hack my online profile because i also want there to be an aim to the game, but i didnt think it would matter about my split screen profile, what do you think?

If you were to hack while you were playing online you'd get caught and banned but if you were doing it offline (in a private lobby) then you wouldn't get caught you could still get banned if you did it offline then went online your second profile wouldn't get banned if it wasn't the one hacking
