Can Lady GaGa's tattoo on her left inner arm be copied exactly? Can tattoo artists do that?

who cares - do NOT get the same tattoo as someone else. It will be on your body for the rest of your life, make sure its original. You don't want to tell your grandkids that you got this tattoo because Lady gaga had one just like it.
