That feature is exactly why Linux and Macs don't easily get infected by virus. Now you want to bypass that feature so malicious scripts and programs can run automatically without your permission? Go ahead, remove your admin password and disable the User Account Control from the Control Panel and don't forget to say "Welcome virus!".
