Excel macro to add value to existing value in table?

• i have a table that is three columns long and 34 rows. the first column of the table is a name and the third column is a value. I want to be able to type in a name and a value to the side of the table and run a macro that will look at the name i entered find that name in the table and then add the value i entered to the value already in the third column associated with the name D54:F88 is the table and the name and value is Q54 and R54. Then i would also like Q54 and R54 cleared. for example: John 12 15 Bill 26 11 if i type bill 4 into the side table and run the macro it will make the table john 12 15 bill 26 15
