Why does the back of my neck and head hurts?

My neck and head hurts very much, why?

  • Yesterday, a friend of mine tackled me and I slipped and fell. I hit my head on tile floor and I wanted to pass out that instant. I toughed it out but was in a lot of pain. I went home and took two ibuprofen tablets before bed. I woke up, still with pain but now accompanied with dizziness, nausea, blurred vision and neck pain. Im 16

  • Answer:

Have someone drive you to an ER right now! Tell the desk person your symptoms so they can triage you properly. If there's nobody around to drive you, call 911. The fact that you're having those particular symptoms so long after the time you fell indicates something very serious is going on. Get to a hospital now! Don't try to drive yourself. Call for help. I'm not joking. Get to an ER right now.
