Ebay account suspended for age?

• so i have been selling on ebay for quite some time, i am 17 now and have a feedback of 100%, i love it. i was trying to list an item and ebay was asking me to call to confirm identity. i use a paypal under my moms name and credit card no. and shes cool with that. my ebay is under my name and a fake birth date. i forgot my password to paypal a few days ago and was guessing it and such instead of just resetting it, that is when ebay was restricting me from selling and asking for me to call so i tried just resetting my paypal pword and still they restrict me, so i just giive in and call. they ask for my bday and i tell them my real one having forgootton of the age policy so they suspend my account. i wonder what happens to my ittems that had current bids. i cant even look at my ebay when i log in and cant do anything with my account, not even view my personal information. also, i forgot what i actually put for my birthdaate and i wonder if there is anyway to call and pretending to be someone else that lives at my house and just say we have the same name and the other person that called earlier was just my brother that shares my account. i could use a voice changer. so ebay thinks i lied about me personal information, but i want to call and say it was my brother, but would if i cant remember my date of birth i actually put, is there a way to get into it even though my account is suspended? And what is gona happen to my 150$ item that was at a current bid of 30 bucks?

  well you did lie about your personal info. there's no "ebay thinks I lied" they know you lied. rule one when lying about your age, remember what year you told them. since you don't remember what bday you used, there's no point in calling them to blame a younger brother because they are going to ask you for your birthdate & you're not going to know the answer. most likely your auction has been pulled as well so nothing is going to happen to your items. (you can't very well sell your items if you don't have an account) but you can call customer service back & ask them what's going to happen to your auction since they suspended your account.
