How can you record vocals over an instrumental?

ATTENTION RAPPERS OR SINGERS how to record studio quality vocals from home on a budget?

  • How can i record very good quality vocals? I do not need to record instrumentals like guitar or anything, I just need to record souly my voice for a rap mixtape/project. I got the beats/instrumentals i just need to mix my voice and raps with the beats. What would you all reccomend for the mic pre amp and other equipment to for good crisp vocals? I also need to know how to elimnate background noise since i will not be recording in a soundproof booth/room and im working with like $500 dollars
