There has been nothing on the consoles. Everything is speculation and rumours, they haven't even announced the consoles yet. The next gen consoles will be just more powerful machines then the current gen ones. I honestly think the next Xbox will keep a very similar dashboard to the current one as they have put a lot of work into making it and it fits in with Windows 8 and the Windows Phone which is what they wanted to do.
