search in google or bing for SharePod. Its a free software that shouldn't come with viruses. You hook your ipod up and the sofware takes everything from your ipod that was NOT purchased through itunes into the software and theres directions in there to transfer from SharePod to Itunes. To get the purchased music, log into your itunes store account and click on purchased on the right side of the screen and you can download that music. It doesn't work for apps though if you apps.
