I always bring gear for warm and cold weather! The basics are obviously your stick, mouthguard, and goggles. After that, I suggest you wear any sort of athletic shorts. Soccer shorts are the best, you'll be doing a lot of running. Wear any sort of t-shirt, it can be short sleeved underarmor, any shirt that you are willing to sweat in. I don't reccomend wearing anything too cute like Hollister or Aeropostale, because again you'll be doing tons of running (most likely an 8 minute mile depending on whether you're in high school or middle school). I have shirts that I have gotten from volleyball camps that I use as pj shirts and they work well! Wear normal socks and sneakers, don't forget a sports bra, tie your hair up in a ponytail and make sure all extra hair is out of your face. Now for the extra stuff! I suggest bringing a pair of cleats in case you're on a grass or turf field. You can keep those in a backpack until you need them. Bring an extra hoodie in case you get cold and you can even pack some long sleeve under armor just in case. An extra pair of socks is always nice if the tryouts last a long time, and as for sweatpants they can be anything as long as they fit over the shorts you will wear. I've seen some girls wear underarmour underneath their shorts, which is a good idea, but you would then have to run to the bathroom to put them on. Bring an extra snack, a waterbottle, and you're all set! Remember to be aggressive, try your best, and most importantly have fun! Good luck, hope this helped!

wear layers!!!!! and never wear jeans to lacrosse. Personally I wear a sports bra, tank, t shirt and workout, but nice looking shorts. Bring a hoodie, sweatpants, an extra pair of socks, a rain jacket, lots of water and a healthy snack. Make sure you try hard and bring cleats(if you have them) and running shoes. Good Luck at your tryout and have fun.
