Girls lacrosse help! What should I wear to practice?

Again, jean shorts are NOT acceptable for sports. It's not a fashion show, its lacrosse practice. Wear athletic shorts, a loose fitting t-shirt, and cleats.

Wear an athletic t-shirt, and soccer shorts or some kind of other athletic shorts. Lacrosse involves a lot of running so jean shorts aren't a good idea at all. If you're going to be playing on turf, wear sneakers, otherwise, wear cleats. If you wear cleats, have socks that are tall enough that you won't get blisters. Lacrosse or soccer cleats are fine. Have your hair up and out of your face. 50 degrees is a tricky temperature, so you might want sweatpants and a sweatshirt in case you get cold. Don't forget your stick, mouthguard, goggles, and water.
