I am a 15 year old boy and i my weight is 185 what should i be lifting in weight training?

    Is your squat parallel or lower? If its not your not squating 385. A half/quarter squat is completely meaningless. Otherwise those are good lifts if true. Also don't worry about how much you lift. Worry about why you are lifting in the first place. Is it to get stronger for a sport? If so your lifts will mean nothing when you actually compete in the sport. Getting stronger is great. Just make your improving your ability in your specific sport.
